About UsWe are the local chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) located in the Northeastern Illinois (NEIL) suburbs of Chicago. Our Chapter was founded in 1982, and we currently have 326 members. This year we will be covering a great variety of safety topics (see the Schedule). The meetings are a great opportunity for networking and to keep up to date on current safety topics!
